About Victoria MK

Victoria MK brings over 25 years of experience walking alongside people through every stage of life. Her journey began in Korea, where she earned a Master’s degree in English Literature and spent 15 years as an English educator — teaching and coaching everyone from young children to seniors. During those years, she naturally became more than a teacher; she became a life guide, helping students and families navigate challenges, transitions, and growth.

Driven by a desire to go deeper, Victoria moved to Canada and completed a Master’s degree with a major in Clinical Counselling, followed by a decade of experience supporting children, young adults, middle-aged adults, and seniors in clinical counselling and assessment settings. She then completed a Doctorate in Leadership, weaving together her passion for human development, psychological insight, and transformational change.

Drawing on doctoral research in leadership and communication, Victoria developed a unique framework for understanding how culture and self-awareness shape the way we lead and connect.

Now, Victoria channels everything she has learned into coaching and consulting — a space where growth, clarity, and possibility take center stage. No borders. No limits. Whether you are in Toronto, Seoul, London, or anywhere in between, Victoria coaches in both English and Korean, bringing her full self to every conversation.
